Sup, guys and girls. I’m trying to put out more stuff for you, so I thought it would be good to have some chicken strips for lunch. Not that there’s ever a bad time to have chicken strips for lunch, but this was in the name of content.
Anywho, let’s dive in.
Buffalo Wings and Rings has been here in Fargo for awhile and I’m disappointed in myself for taking this long to have it.

This was a very strong effort from Buffalo Wings and Rings. The chicken tenders were hot and fresh with thin, crispy breading. They advertised the tenders as hand-breaded, so I had decently high hopes, but I think these exceeded my expectations. My only gripe would be the breading was almost too thin in some spots, but overall the tenders were very good.
The fries were decent. They had a pretty average outer crunch and were also solid in the quality department. I’d say one more tiny pinch of salt would’ve helped them, but overall they were nice. I regret it now, afterwards, but I had to get a couple onion rings, too, since they’re in the name. They aren’t factoring into the score, but the onion rings were delicious.
Rounding out the dish was a side of ranch that was respectable. It was on the runnier side and had good flavor.
Overall, I’ll give this dish an 8.5. Really strong effort from Buffalo Wings and Rings. I’m excited to get back to the establishment and order some buffalo wings … and rings. OK. Good place to end it. Planning on more content Wednesday and again on Friday. Goodbye.
