There’s a reason Burger Time is called “Burger Time.”
I want to start by saying it’s a good drive-in chain that has nailed its niche of serving up delicious burgers and fries for a meal on-the-go.
The chicken strips at Burger Time? Not so delicious.
I’d expect crunchier breading from such a thin strip. The crunch I crave was in some spots, but absent in most of the strip.
The fries were solid. They had a good crispiness and the seasoning was on point. The ranch was Hidden Valley light ranch, which I can get anywhere. I don’t have a problem with the generic ranch; it’s still ranch, but it won’t earn any bonus points.
Overall, I give Burger Time’s basket a 5.1. It’s not like it was gross, but I feel like I could’ve gone to the frozen food aisle in Target and concocted a basket of similar quality.
I don’t want to gripe on Burger Time. I still like it. There are several tasty burgers on the menu that I’d be happy with any day of the week. 5.1.
PS: I want to add more content to the blog; another element. I’m thinking of doing a weekly post about sneakers, along with expanding the types of food I write about.
Don’t worry, the Basket Reviews aren’t going anywhere. I will try to post them more often. Love you guys.
