Sorry for the hiatus. Sometimes I just need a little break from chicken strips so I don’t get burned out on them. But here I am, writing another revolutionary blog.
I have been seeing ads for these chicken strips at Wendy’s nonstop for the past couple weeks, so I had to give them a try.
And let me tell you, they did not disappoint.
I didn’t really know what to expect going in. Although the food was good the few times I’ve eaten there, I was still a little skeptical. I think Sonic is still messing with my brain. But these chicken strips were very good.
It was good-quality chicken surrounded by a crunchy, well-seasoned breading. The fries were tasty. They were seasoned well and crunchy enough on the outside and fairly fluffy on the inside. The ranch was ranch.
If you’re going to eat these strips, I recommend the creamy sriracha sauce, because that was delicious. But the ranch is fine.
Overall, I give this chicken strip basket an 8.1. Wendy’s, “The dark horse in the game of chicken strips.” You can use that if I get royalties, Wendy. 8.1.
