Something has been bothering me a bit lately. I see Arby’s getting dragged a lot online and I’ve never quite understood why. I think it’s a fine fast-food establishment … and its new chicken nuggets only reaffirm my stance.
Here’s a video breakdown of the new nuggets. I’ll drop some more words below the video.
These are some dang good chicken nuggets! I’m a big fan. They have more of a boneless “wing” or popcorn chicken vibe, which I think is superior to the traditional, pre-shaped, highly processed nugget.
The breading was crunchier than a traditional fast-food nugget and the chicken tasted and looked like real chicken. The seasoning was on-par and the chicken wasn’t too dry.
I really liked these. I rated these a 7.8. It’s a very strong effort and my new No. 1 fast food nugget.
BONUS: I also hadn’t tried Arby’s crinkle cut fries. These were pretty decent, boasting a crispy exterior and fluffy interior, as a good crinkle cut fry should. I wouldn’t rank them above Arby’s curly fries, but I like ’em.
